INSTRUCTIONS

Read carefully the I-Clean process™ to the end, watch the video and practice the I-Clean exercise the day before.

Day Before Exam 

8:00 AM

§        Have a Light Breakfast. Light breakfast include eggs (any kind) farina, oatmeal, juices, cheese, milk, tea and coffee.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

§        Drink at least 64 fl. oz. of Clear Liquids. Clear liquids include, water, apple juice, white grape juice, Gatorade, Broth, Hard candies, Jell-O, Popsicles, and Tea.

After 2:00 PM

§        Nothing to eat or drink

5:30 PM

 

            Before you start the I-Clean exercise

®    Relax: Do not Rush. Turn off your phones and beepers for 3-4 hrs.

®    Take off undergarments. Wear loosely fitting comfortable clothing. Make sure that pants have elastic waistband.

®   Select a quiet environment & hard surface.

®   Make sure that you are near an available dedicated bathroom.

 
How to prepare I-Clean solution:

You will need total 4 liters of I-Clean solution and an 8 fl. Oz glass. Prepare 2 liters of solution at a time. Take 2 liters of lukewarm water, add the contents of 1 sachet and dissolve nicely. (Average person needs 2 liters of I-Clean solution and 2-3 sets of I-Clean exercise to get clear bowel movement)

 

Warning: Do not use if you have - Salt Sensitiveness, Congestive Heart Failure, Renal Dysfunction and uncontrolled Hypertension.

Contraindications:  Cardiac conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, salt sensitiveness, pregnancy and arthritis are the contra-indications to this process.

Side effects: Nausea, Dizziness, and Hypotension.

If you experience any untoward side effects, please stop the exercise and call 718-326-0400.
